Cancellation and Refund Terms for Yacht Tours

It is important to notify us of cancellation requests as early as possible. For cancellations made at least 1 month prior to the tour start date, an 80% refund will be provided. For cancellations made 72 hours prior to the tour start date, a 50% refund will be provided. For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour start date, a 20% refund will be provided. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start date.
2. Refund Process:
When requesting a refund for a canceled tour, you will be asked to provide the necessary information for the refund of your payment. The completion of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and generally takes 5-10 business days from the transaction date.
3. Special Circumstances and Exceptions:
Special circumstances such as emergency health conditions or urgent travel requirements may be considered, and flexibility may be provided. In the event of tour cancellation by Angel Yachting due to weather conditions or technical issues, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
