Cancellation and refund terms:
When you make a purchase of a product or service, you are expected to follow the cancellation and refund policies set by the seller. These policies are usually determined by the seller and are clearly stated for consumers. Cancellation policies determine when a product or service can be cancelled and what type of refund or credit will be given. Refund policies determine the conditions under which a product or service can be returned, the time frame for refunds or credits, and the circumstances under which return requests will not be accepted. Our cancellation and return conditions:
For cancellations up to 60 days before the tour date, 20% of the tour cost will be deducted and the cancellation will be made. For cancellations made 45 days before the tour date, 30% of the tour cost is deducted and the cancellation is made. The deposit received is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days before the tour date. However, they can use their boat rental right, which they canceled by deducting 30% from the total tour price, on the same boat, provided that the new season prices are valid for the next year. For cancellations made 14 days before the tour date, the full cost of the tour is requested. In tour cancellations, payment; within 30 days after the cancellation date.
